All I had to do for this was change the destination location from # to the specific collection which the products were located in.

This involved adding Liquid code to product-template file and some custom CSS added to the bottom of styles.css file. This form appeared on products that were sold out.

Just had to find out what app was causing this popup and then went into apps and removed the popup. This is still not done yet thought because I still need access to apps.
